Public Service Programs:

• Immunizations
• Environmental Health
• Prevention Programs (such as tobacco cessation, work-injury prevention, safe communities)
• Chronic Disease Management
• Disease Investigation
• Home Health Care
• Daily Care (with limitations)

We do NOT offer respite services

Environmental Health Services:

• Inspections
• Public Health Nuisances
• Private Well Water
• Radon
• Septic Systems

Community Health Partnerships include: Elderbridge Agency on Aging, Hancock County Board of Health, Hancock County Wellness Coalition, Iowa Department of Public Health, Local School Districts, Local Industry and neighboring Public Health Agencies.
