Dr. Radulescu likes to understand and help people move beyond their pain. As an orthopedic surgeon, he finds great satisfaction when his patients have an improved quality of life and a rapid recovery after surgery. Dr. Radulescu and his family look forward to setting down roots in the North Iowa community. He enjoys reading, classical music and participating in his daughters’ daycare activities.
